The addition of a header (see previous post), I created a small problem: the title of the blog (in white), but also the description ( in brown), I'm not polite. The description is unreadable. So what?

I go to my blog. I click on Design in the upper right. Are in Table Design> Page Elements . I move to sottotab Designer models. Top Left click on Advanced .

What do I do?

1. I want to give the blog title and description exactly the pink color of the small horizontal bands above and below the image.
2. These same bands above I want the red color of the shares in the sidebar.

From spot and then click Advanced Description Background Color . Now I see represented on the right color (the pink one I want) and its code Hex (which I note: # ffebcd). Now
by spot and then click Advanced blog title color right now and see a white cream with code # fffafa.
Good. In the input box with the Hex code override # ffebcd
I do the same with description color blog, I post here # Now ffebcd
title and description are pink! Also from
spot and then click Advanced Title Color sidebar to see the Hex code for that red is # ff4500. I'm going to
Description Background color (and pink) and write the Hex red.
Perfect!
Now I click on the top right APPLIES TO BLOG .

not over. The title is not very clear, it is written on light and dark areas of photos. I felt light and dark colors, but without appreciable results. I just have to enlarge the hope that the best situation ever since by Advanced spot and then click Font for the title of the blog , right now I choose to Verdana (it is a font) and I give it 60px (the size).
I'm happy ... at least for now.

29 - add image at the head of the blog 28-

Once, to add a header image (= head) had to put his hand to HTML ... Blogger but now allows the Design> Page Elements
Then:
go to your blog. Click Design top right (until recently it was Customize ). You are in sottotab PAGE ELEMENTS. Please check the section header (it's one that holds the title of the blog, just below NAVBAR ). Click the link CHANGE. The window that pops up states:

1. blog title - already written (... I hope ...)
2. description of the blog - even this entry box should already be filled in) Picture - Here we go.

Here you can upload an image from your computer

2. the Web

Since the image I mean load is already on the web (Windows Skydrive), use the second option and paste the link into the input box of a host (= hosted hosting).
Regarding Positioning , I choose the first option: Behind title and description .
Make yourself your choices, then click the SAVE and still SAVE and then VIEW BLOG .
Done!
Attention: My image has dimensioni1267x193 pixels. I did it intentionally because it was long and not very high. It was not easy ... but that's another story.

start your own blog, by clicking Customize in the upper right, you're on page element, please contact the sidebar on the right. Click on add a gadget, gadget and choose the third ( search box) from the window that opens.
There are 3 options: This blog, Connected from here, The Web and you can select all 3. Then click the orange button
SAVE . Click even the orange button SAVE of page element and then the link VIEW BLOG heavenly light orange rectangle on the top right.
Done!
